Design and Construction of Converged Media Business Integration Platform Based on International Communication Needs

本文基于中央广播电视总台欧洲拉美地区语言节目中心的国际传播业务需求,设计了融媒体业务集成平台,平台软件架构采用“业务中台+应用系统集”前端业务和后台系统松耦合的软件设计模式,构建了基于内容中台、运营中台、数据中台联合支撑的应用系统集,形成了从舆情汇聚、信息采集、融媒体内容生产、多渠道矩阵发布、分布式存储、全球化管理到综合传播数据反馈的全流程业务传播链条,为欧拉中心北京总部和本土化融媒体制作室提供统一技术服务。

Based on international communication service requirements of European and Latin American Language Program Center of China Media Group,this paper designs a converged media service integration platform.Software architecture of the platform adopts software design mode of‘business middle station+application system sets’which is loosely coupled between front-end business and back-end system.It constructs an application system sets based on joint support of Content Middle Station,Operation Middle Station,and Data Middle Station,and forms a full-process business communication chain from public opinion gathering,information collection,integrated media content production,multi-channel matrix distribution,distributed storage,global management to comprehensive communication data feedback.It provides unified technical services for Beijing headquarters of OLA Center and localized media convergence production studios.
