省级广电网络统一技术标准体系的规划与实践

Planning and Practice of Unified Technical Standard System for Provincial Broadcasting and Television Network

本文基于广电网络进一步整合运营的发展要求,以江苏为研究对象,对省级广电网络构建统一技术标准体系的编目架构和标准组成进行了系统研究,并以对标发展为导向,提出了统一技术标准体系建设的相关发展策略。

Aiming at development requirements of radio and television networks for further integration and operation,taking Jiangsu as research object,this paper studies cataloguing structure and standard composition of provincial radio and television networks to construct a unified technical standard system.Relative development strategy of unified technical standard system construction is put forward under the guidance of benchmarking development.
