果蔬烘干机在烟叶烘烤中的应用探讨

Discussion on Application of Fruit and Vegetable Dryer for Tobacco Leaf Drying

烟草是我国最重要的经济作物之一,云南省是我国烟叶大省。烘烤是烟叶生产过程中关键环节,目前云南省烟叶烘烤设备需求逐年增大,果蔬烘干机在烟叶烘烤中具有广阔的应用前景。针对果蔬烘干机应用于烟叶烘烤过程中存在的问题,进行了果蔬烘干机应用现状调研,分析了其在烟叶烘烤过程中具体存在的问题,对其保温材料、供热设备、循环风机和换热器等相关结构和配置进行了设计、选型、调整和优化,建立果蔬烘干机烟叶烘烤工艺标准,促进其在烟叶烘烤过程中的应用与推广,提高果蔬烘干机使用率,满足烟农烘烤实际需求。可以预见,果蔬烘干机在烟叶烘烤中若得到合理利用并推广,将获得良好的社会效益和经济效益。

Tobacco was an important pillar industry in Yunnan Province,and also one of the most important economic crops in China.In the entire tobacco agricultural production,tobacco leaf drying was the procedure that required the most labor,the longest time,and the most human and material resources.Tobacco leaf drying was one of the important processes affecting the quality of tobacco,and it was closely related to the income of tobacco farmers.The demand for tobacco leaf dryers in Yunnan Province was increasing year by year,and the fruit and vegetable dryer had broad application prospects in tobacco leaf drying.In view of the problems existing in the application of the fruit and vegetable dryer in the tobacco leaf drying process,the current status of the application of the fruit and vegetable dryer was investigated.And the specific problems in the tobacco leaf drying process were analyzed.The relevant structures and configurations of the fruit and vegetable dryer,such as insulation materials,heating equipment,circulating wind turbine and heat exchangers,were designed.Process standards for precise drying of fruit and vegetable dryers were established during the tobacco drying process.These measures could promote its application and promotion in the tobacco leaf drying process,improve the quality of tobacco,meet the actual needs of tobacco farmers.It is foreseeable that if the fruit and vegetable dryer is reasonably used and promoted in tobacco leaf drying,good social and economic benefits will be obtained in the future.
