肾气汤加减联合血液透析治疗阴阳两虚型糖尿病肾脏疾病的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Modified Shenqi Decoction Combined with Hemodialysis in the Treatment of Syndrome of Deficiency of both Yin and Yang of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究肾气汤加减联合血液透析治疗阴阳两虚型糖尿病肾脏疾病的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月中牟县人民医院收治的78例阴阳两虚型糖尿病肾脏疾病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组(39例)和对照组(39例)。对照组接受血液透析和常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上接受肾气汤加减治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、肾功能指标[尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)]、空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者精神萎靡、大便泄泻、四肢寒冷和面色苍白积分降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清BUN和Scr水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组总有效率[79.48%(31/39)]低于试验组[97.43%(38/39)](P<0.05)。结论应用肾气汤联合血液透析加减治疗阴阳两虚型糖尿病肾脏疾病的效果较好,可有效改善患者中医证候积分、肾功能以及血糖。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Shenqi Decoction combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of syndrome of deficiency of both Yin and Yang of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 78 patients with syndrome of deficiency of both Yin and Yang of diabetic nephropathy in Zhongmu County People’s Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were enrolled,and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table methods,with 39 cases in each group.Control group received routine hemodialysis and basic treatment,based on this,experimental group received modified Shenqi Decoction.Traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,renal function indexes[blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)],fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results The scores of listlessness,diarrhea,cold limbs and paleness were decreased in both groups,and the scores of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The levels of BUN and Scr were decreased in both groups after treatment,and the levels of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose were decreased in both groups after treatment,and the levels of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The overall efficacy rate of control group[79.48%(31/39)]was lower that[97.43%(38/39)]of experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shenqi Decoction combined with hemodialysis is effective in treating syndrome of deficiency of both Yin and Yang of diabetic nephropathy.It can effectively improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,renal function and blood sugar.
