摘要
阐述光学仿真软件在液晶显示不良分析中的应用,结合实际不良案例,探讨利用光学仿真软件分析LCD不良的一般步骤;使用ExpertLCD 3D光学仿真软件,讨论仿真模型的构建和仿真结果。仿真结果确认不良产生的机理,从而提取有效的改良方案,节省了改良验证的时间和成本。
This paper discusses the application of optical simulation software in the analysis of liquid crystal display defects. Show the general steps of using optical simulation software to analyze LCD defects combined with actual defect cases, and uses Expert LCD 3 D software to specifically discuss the construction of simulation models and the analysis of simulation result. Confirm the mechanism of defect generation through simulation results, and extract effective improvement proposal, and save the time and cost of improved verification.
