摘要
为探寻更快且高精度的电池热仿真方法,阐述使用ANSYS Fluent和Twin Builder软件针对电池模组热仿真测试了降阶方法LTIROM,分别计算了电池模组恒功率产热和变功率产热两种工况,与Fluent计算的结果对比显示,所有工况中两者误差均在0.1%以内,但LTIROM速度是Fluent的2000倍以上。
In order to explore a faster and high-precision battery thermal simulation method, this paper describes the use of ANSYS fluent and twin builder software to test the reduced order method ltirom for the thermal simulation of battery modules. The constant power heat generation and variable power heat generation of battery modules are calculated respectively. Compared with the results calculated by fluent, the error of both is less than 0.1% in all working conditions, However, the speed of ltirom is more than 2000 times that of fluent.
