摘要
阐述集成电路产业的人才需求,对人才培养体系、课程体系和实践教学体系中的人才紧缺问题,提出基于产教融合、协同育人的人才培养体系,从而保证我国集成电路产业健康持续发展。
This paper expounds the talent demand of integrated circuit industry, and puts forward a talent training system based on the integration of industry and education and collaborative education, so as to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of China’s integrated circuit industry.
