摘要
阐述为了实现直观实时观测自来水厂絮凝加药信息,研制了基于机器视觉的絮凝加药表征系统,通过采集单元、处理单元和分析单元的设计,完成了基于多级图像分析的絮体信息模型建立和全流程自动识别,并初步建立了絮体信息与进水水质、水量和加药量之间的相关性分析,从而实现自来水厂絮凝加药工艺控制的精准化和智能化。
In order to realize intuitive and real-time observation of flocculation dosing in waterworks, a flocculation dosing characterization system based on machine vision is developed in this paper. Through the design of acquisition unit, processing unit and analysis unit, the floc information model based on multi-level image analysis and automatic recognition of the whole process are completed, and the relationship between floc information and influent water quality is preliminarily established. The correlation analysis between water volume and dosage has great significance for the accurate and intelligent control of flocculation dosing process in waterworks.
