多剪刃连续运行剪控制思路及运算方法的推导

摘要 阐述冶金行业轧钢生产线中连续式剪的设备控制方法,介绍多剪刃连续运行剪工艺的应用领域,从生产工艺角度阐述其工作特性;多剪刃连续运行剪的自动化控制方法,汇总控制思路;对控制思路中的判断及需要运算的公式进行推导,从而对于轧钢生产线中出现的同类单剪刃、双剪刃连续运行剪,具有案例借鉴。 This paper expounds the equipment control method of continuous shear in steel rolling production line of metallurgical industry, introduces the application field of multi blade continuous operation shear technology, and expounds its working characteristics from the perspective of production technology, automatic control method of multi cutting edge continuous operation shear, summarizing control ideas, the judgment in the control idea and the formula to be calculated are deduced, which has a case reference for the continuous operation of the same kind of single cutting edge and double cutting edge in the steel rolling production line.
