This paper expounds the characteristics of electrical automation, the problems and technical application of instrument measurement and control, including remote monitoring and control, centralized monitoring and control, fieldbus monitoring and control, decentralized measurement and control system, instrument measurement and control, and the application of meter measurement and control anti-interference technology.
