阐述分布式能源加储能规模化发展政策,分布式能源系统的主要形式、系统特点、发展规划,包括热能、冷能、电能为构架的多维转换方式、生物质能源系统、可再生能源系统。
This paper expounds the large-scale development policy of distributed energy plus energy storage, the main forms, system characteristics and development planning of distributed energy system, including multi-dimensional conversion mode based on thermal energy, cold energy and electric energy, biomass energy system and renewable energy system.
