复方红藤汤联合抗生素治疗阑尾周围脓肿疗效分析

Efficacy of compound Hongteng decoction combined with antibiotics in treatment of periappendiceal abscess

目的探讨复方红藤汤联合抗生素治疗阑尾周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2020年1月桐乡市第一人民医院收治的采用复方红藤汤联合抗生素治疗的48例阑尾周围脓肿患者作为观察组,仅采用抗生素治疗的48例阑尾周围脓肿患者作为对照组。收集并分析比较两组患者WBC、CRP和降钙素原(PCT)水平,腹痛消失、退热、阑尾脓肿消退、住院时间以及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前WBC、CRP、PCT水平比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组WBC、CRP、PCT水平较治疗前均明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组WBC、CRP、PCT水平较对照组均明显为低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者腹痛消失、退热、脓肿消退、住院时间均明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方红藤汤联合抗生素治疗阑尾周围脓肿能有效降低患者的WBC、CRP、PCT水平,加快患者临床症状改善,提高治疗效果,缩短治疗周期,比单纯抗生素治疗具有更显著的临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of compound Hongteng decoction combined with antibiotics in treatment of periappendiceal abscess.Methods Ninety six patients with periappendiceal abscess admitted in the First People's Hospital of Tongxiang from January 2016 to January 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with antibiotics,while the study group was given additional compound Hongteng decoction.The WBC,CRP,PCT levels and the time of disappearance of abdominal pain,fever and appendiceal abscess and length of hospital stay were compared between two groups.Results The WBC,CRP,PCT levels in both groups were significantly decreased after 7 days of treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in WBC,CRP,PCT levels between two group before treatment(P>0.05),while after treatment the levels in the study grout were significant lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of abdominal pain,fever and appendiceal abscess and the length of hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective ratein the in the the group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Hongteng decoction combined with antibiotics can effectively reduce the levels of WBC,CRP and PCT,accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms,shorten the treatment duration for patients with periappendiceal abscess,it has higher clinical effect than antibiotics alone and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
