"一带一路"沿线对于绿色金融发展有着强烈的现实需求,发展绿色金融是"一带一路"国家实现绿色转型发展的关键,已经成为各国共识。通过对绿色金融体系、绿色金融发展现状和问题的研究,阐述了目前绿色金融助力"一带一路"建设主要面临着绿色金融发展的体系不健全,绿色金融国际统一标准体系尚未建立,绿色金融产品市场相对单一、供需渠道不畅通等现实困境,需要通过实施全方位的绿色金融政策制度共同驱动绿色"一带一路"发展,充分发挥绿色金融在经济社会发展中的先导和引领作用,畅通绿色金融供需渠道,完善绿色金融标准体系,丰富绿色金融产品市场,同时借助数字技术提升绿色金融效率,为绿色金融高质量共建"一带一路"凝集强大合力。

According to the research on the development status and issues of green finance in green finance system, several realistic dilemmas are facing the development of the "Belt and Road"empowered by green finance. The system of green finance development is not complete, the unified international standard system of green finance has not been established, the markets of green finance product are relatively limited and the channel of supply and demand is far from smooth. Therefore, it is necessary to jointly drive the development of the Green Belt and Road via the implementation of comprehensive green finance policies and systems, give full play to the leading and leading role of green finance in economic and social development, and smooth the supply and demand channels of green finance. On the other hand, we will improve the standard system of green finance, enrich the market of green financial products, and enhance the efficiency of green finance with the assistance of digital technology, so as to gather a strong force for high-quality green finance to jointly build the "Belt and Road".
