基于AHP的油页岩原位开采生态环境评价指标体系构建 被引量:1

摘要 基于中国油页岩资源开发的迫切需求,以及环境污染的严峻形势,建立油页岩的原位开采对生态环境影响评价的指标体系是颇有意义的。通过利用文献分析法及德尔菲法,结合现有相关行业标准及国内外行业经验确定对生态环境产生影响的指标,确定了3个二级指标和10个三级指标构成评价指标体系。利用AHP(层次分析法)和德尔菲法计算出指标体系中二、三级指标的权重,二级指标依次为环境选址、环境风险和环境治理,而环境容量、地下水风险及防范和清洁生产是所属二级指标中影响相对较大的三级指标。该评价指标体系的建立可为实现油页岩的绿色开采提供重要依据。 Based on the urgent needs of China’s oil shale resource development and the severe situation of environmental pollution, it is great significance to establish an index system for the impact assessment of oil shale in-situ mining on the ecological environment. In this paper, the indicators affecting the ecological environment are determined by using the literature analysis method and Delphi method, combined with the existing relevant industry standards and industry experience at home and abroad, A total of 3 secondary indicators and 10 tertiary indicators are determined to form the evaluation index system. Then, the weights of the secondary and tertiary indicators in the index system are calculated by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Delphi method. The secondary indicator weights are environmental site selection, environmental risk and environmental governance in turn. At the same time,environmental capacity, groundwater risk and prevention and cleaner production are the relatively influential tertiary indicators in the secondary indicators. This study can provide an important basis for realizing the green mining of oil shale.
