WANG Qingguo’s Experience in Treating Constraint Diseases with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction(柴胡桂枝汤)

总结王庆国教授应用柴胡桂枝汤治疗郁病的临证经验。认为郁病之发,起于气郁,郁久及枢,终至营卫淤滞。郁病之治,当和畅枢机,理气活血,主旨在"和",包括和枢机、和气血、和营卫。临证应用柴胡桂枝汤和枢机、调理气血阴阳,和营卫、调畅三焦脾胃,并强调对患者给予人文关怀。

This paper summarized the clinical experience of professor WANG Qingguo in the treatment of constraint diseases with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction(柴胡桂枝汤).It is believed that the onset of constraint diseases starts from qi constraint;if the qi constraint lasts for a long time,it may injure the pivot,and finally leads to the stasis and stagnation of ying-wei(营卫).When treating the constraint diseases,it is suggested to harmonize and unblock the pivot,regulate qi and invigorate blood,putting focus on“harmonization”of pivots,of qi-blood and of ying-wei.In clinical practice,Chaihu Guizhi Decoction(柴胡桂枝汤)can be used to harmonize the pivots,and regulate qi,blood,yin and yang,as well as to harmonize ying-wei,regulate and unblock san jiao(三焦),spleen and stomach;simultaneously,it is advised to provide humanistic care to the patients.
