摘要
测试对比了埋弧焊工艺和氩弧焊工艺条件下S31803双相不锈钢焊接接头的性能,并对其组织进行了对比分析,阐述了性能和组织差异产生的原因,对工艺研发提供参考。
The performances of S31803 duplex stainless steel welded joint under submerged arc welding process and gas tungsten arc welding were compared,and the microstructure of the weld joints was analyzed.The reason of differences in mechanical properties and microstructure was expounded,which can provide reference for the process research and development.
