摘要
高校人才培养质量提升依赖于教师的责任感、教育情怀与专业化发展,依赖于教师绩效管理制度的驱动。由于高等教育项目治理模式事本逻辑的影响,集体至上和官本位传统文化心理的惯性及高校对企业绩效管理的碎片化移植,高校教师绩效管理的"人本主义精神"失落,造成绩效管理功能失灵甚至产生制度障碍。应通过构建以教育性价值为基础的支持型政校信任合作体制,重塑依靠教师群体和自由民主的高校管理理念以及提升高校管理者的管理素质,还原高校教师绩效管理"以人为本"的本真,激发教师教书育人的动力,提升教师的教育自觉,并实现教师个体素养开发与提高的组织"赋能"。
The quality improvement of personnel training in colleges and universities depends on teachers’sense of responsibility,educational feelings and professional development,and also the system drive of teacher performance management.Because of the influence of the case-based logic of higher education project governance model,the inertia of the traditional cultural psychology of collective supremacy,official standard and the fragmented transplantation of performance management in universities and colleges,the"humanistic spirit"of university teachers’performance management is lost,causing the failure of performance management function and even institutional obstacles.We should build a supportive trust and cooperation system based on educational value,reshape the idea of university management relying on individual and free democracy,and improve the management quality of university administrators,to restore the"people-oriented"nature of university teachers’performance management,to stimulate teachers’motivation of teaching and educating people,improve teachers’educational consciousness,and realize the organizational"empowerment"of the development and improvement of teachers’individual quality.
