米子良运用“治未病”思想分期论治良性卵巢囊肿经验

MI Ziliang's Experience in the Treatment of Benign Ovarian Cysts by Stages Using the Theory of“Treat Disease before it Arises”

总结米子良教授运用“治未病”思想从已病、瘥后、未病三期论治良性卵巢囊肿的临证经验。认为已病则需精准施治破顽疾,良性卵巢囊肿以脾虚不运,肝气有余为本,血水为病,痰瘀互结为标;辨证施治分主次,既病防变,首辨气血,再审他证;活用桂枝茯苓丸加减行气活血,同时注意治血病防病水,灵活配伍四妙散。瘥后巧用逍遥散,将息慎养,瘥后防复,以巩固疗效。未病先防,谨养慎调,嘱患者注意调畅情志,合理膳食,月经期及产后调护,以防复发。

This paper summarized MI Ziliang's experience in the treatment of benign ovarian cysts by stages of“having been sick”,“having recovered from diseases”and“having potentials before diseases”under the theory of“treat disease before it arises”.If people are already sick,it is important to give precise treatment of the stubborn ill⁃ness.For benign ovarian cysts,spleen deficiency failing to transport and liver qi in superabundance are the root,while binding of phlegm and stasis is the branch.In clinical practice,it is critical to distinguish the primary and the secondary during pattern differentiation and treatment,and to prevent progression of the disease.It is suggested to dif⁃ferentiate qi and blood initially,and then other patterns.Modified Guizhi Fuling Pills(桂枝茯苓丸加减)can be used to move qi and invigorate blood,and simultaneously,it is advised to treat the blood diseases and prevent water diseas⁃es,and use Si Miao Powder(四妙散)flexibly.During discovering stage,Xiao Yao Powder(逍遥散)is suggested,and it is important to recuperate and take a good rest,thereby preventing the recurrence.Before the disease arises,it is suggested to take cautions and keep in good health,regulate emotions,take reasonable diet,pay attention to the menstrual period and postpartum care,thereby preventing the occurrence of the disease.
