新时代高校继续教育发展规划,是学校继续教育内涵式高质量发展的整套行动方案。高校应在“办好继续教育,加快建设学习型社会,大力提高国民素质”的总目标下,贯彻新发展理念,坚持科学性、前瞻性、整体性、效益性原则,深入研究新时代继续教育发展目标定位、发展规划制定、发展规划实施等,充分发挥继续教育供给侧改革和需求侧管理的整体效能,不断提升继续教育治理体系和治理能力现代化水平,实现新时代高校继续教育高质量发展。
