摘要
我国教师资格制度的发展经历了师范生全部免试认定、全部取消免试认定再到部分免试认定的改革,制度演变在于满足教育发展需求,体现以人为本、追求教育公平、促进效率优化的价值追求,呈现免试对象更具体、认定要求更细致、执行过程更有力三个方面的特点。教师资格制度的演变,有利于吸引学生选择师范教育,提升师范教育培养质量,推进教师专业发展,最终促进我国教育事业的高质量发展。
The teacher qualification system reflects the basic requirements of the state for teachers,and constantly evolves according to social needs in the process of its development.The development of Chinese teacher qualification system has experienced the reform of all exemption recognition of normal students,all cancellation of exemption recognition,and then some exemption recognition.The system evolution meets the needs of educational development,reflects the value pursuit of people-oriented,pursuing educational fairness and promoting efficiency optimization,and presents the characteristics of more specific exemption objects,more detailed recognition requirements and more powerful implementation process.The evolution of teacher qualification system is conducive to attract students to choose normal education,improve the quality of teacher education cultivation,promote teachers'professional development,and finally promote the high-quality development of China's education.
