摘要
为了更好满足教师专业发展需要,提高教师学习的主动性、积极性,实现教师自主、可持续的专业化发展,本研究通过问卷调查、现场观察、访谈等方式,结合教师教育相关理论和实践经验,提出“基于经验的项目研训一体化教师教育模式”,简称UEPS。该模式将教师专业发展定位于教师经验的改进、优化和提升,从中小学教师专业发展的实际需要出发,确定研训项目,形成主题明确的教师教育课程内容体系;教育理论研究者与中小学教师共同参与研训过程,优势互补,合作共赢;通过开放而主动的项目研训过程,实现教师个体的自主建构。
This study proposes an“experience-based project research and training integrated teacher education model”(UEPS for short)to better meet teachers’professional development needs,improve teachers’initiative and enthusiasm for learning,and achieve teachers’independent and sustainable professional development by means of questionnaires,on-site observations,and interviews,and with teacher education-related theories and practical experiences.The model locates teacher professional development in the improvement,optimization and enhancement of teachers’experience,and identifies research and training projects from the actual needs of primary and secondary school teachers’professional development,forming a thematic teacher education curriculum content system;educational theory researchers and primary and secondary school teachers participate in the research and training process together,complementing each other’s strengths and cooperating to win together;through an open and active project research and training process,teacher realized their individual self-construction.
