管道三层结构聚乙烯防腐层聚乙烯专用料的拉伸应变检测与分析 被引量:1

摘要 拉伸应变检测是表征管道3LPE(三层结构聚乙烯防腐层)聚乙烯专用料可塑性以及耐老化性能的重要手段。本文综合比较了常见的4种3LPE标准对聚乙烯专用料拉伸应变的技术指标、试样尺寸和测试方法等方面的要求,结合塑料拉伸性能检测的制样标准、检测方法标准等对管道3LPE聚乙烯专用料的拉伸性能检测进行综述,从管道3LPE质量控制的角度分析了各3LPE标准对聚乙烯专用料拉伸应变检测相关要求的特点,并对拉伸应变的制样和检测以及结果分析等提出建议。 Tensile strain detection is an important method to characterize the plasticity and aging resistance properties of specialty polyethylene for 3LPE(three layer PE corrosion protection)pipeline coatings.This paper comprehensively compared the requirements of four common 3LPE coatings standards on the technical specification,sample size and test methods of the tensile strain for specialty polyethylene,combined with the sample preparation and test method standards of plastics tensile property test to summarize the tensile property test of specialty polyethylene for 3LPE pipeline coatings.In view of the quality control for 3LPE pipeline coatings,the characteristics of the requirements of each 3LPE coatings standard on the test of tensile strain of specialty polyethylene were analyzed,and suggestions on the sample preparation,testing and result analysis of tensile strain were proposed.
