山西省太原市万柏林区中学生课余篮球活动的开展现状

Present Situation of Middle School Students’ After-School Basketball Activities in Wanbailin District, Taiyuan,Shanxi Province

随着我国社会的发展,体育事业也得到了快速发展。青少年身体素质严重下降的问题得到社会的密切关注。目前,中学生的体质健康水平逐渐下降,大力开展学校课外体育锻炼已经成为很多中学的重要任务。在课外体育锻炼中,课余篮球活动得到了更多人的关注,尤其深受中学生喜爱。如何利用课余篮球促进学生的身心发展,已成为很多中学研究的问题之一。该文采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、文献资料法、数理统计法,分别对万柏林七中、第五实验中学、第三高级中学的课余篮球活动进行调查,找出目前课余篮球活动开展存在的问题,并根据问题提出建议,以期通过强化篮球训练,促使更多学生积极参与课余篮球活动。

With the development of society in China, sports cause has also been rapid development. The serious decline in the physical quality of young students has drawn close attention from the society. At present, the physical health level of middle school students is gradually declining, and vigorously developing extracurricular physical exercise has become an important task of many middle schools. In extracurricular physical exercise,extracurricular basketball activities have been more people’s attention, especially by middle school students love.How to use after-school basketball to promote students’ physical and mental development has become one of the problems studied by many high schools. Using questionnaire investigation, expert interview method, literature material method, mathematical statistics method, This paper investigates the after-school basketball activities of Wanbailin No. 7 Middle School, No. 5 Experimental Middle School and No. 3 Senior Middle School, finds out the problems existing in the development of after-school basketball activities, and gives simple suggestions according to the problems, in order to promote more students to actively participate in after-school basketball activities by strengthening basketball training.
