摘要
教育实践贯穿于师范生培养的全过程。当前,师范生教育实践质量改进面临"全程化监控难""有据化改进难""系统化积累难"三大难题。为破解这些难题,应立足专业认证视角,探索师范生教育实践质量监控路径。具体包括:监控内容上,构建"融合型、一体化、分阶段"课程体系和"模块化、焦点化、创新型、进阶式"实践任务;监控保障上,从"功能多元、空间优化"等方面对实践基地进行优化;监控手段上,研发支持过程监控和资源累积的数字化平台。
Educational practice runs through the whole process of excellent teachers cultivating.The quality improvement of normal university students education practice is faced with three common challenges,namely the difficulties of process monitoring,evidence-based improvement and systematic accumulation.To solve these difficulties,this paper described a way to monitor the quality of education practice by focusing on the teachers professional certification.For system constructing,it manifested the cohesive,integrative and staged features;For tasks designing,it manifested the modular,focused,and progressed features;For bases building,it showed the variable functions and optimizing patterns.Besides,a digital platform of teaching practice was designed correspondingly.
