摘要
大庆炼化公司1.0×10^(5) t·a^(-1)乙苯装置采用催化干气制乙苯第三代技术[1],由中国寰球工程公司辽宁分公司设计,是当时国内同类型规模最大的一个装置。装置两台烃化反应器R-201A/B为多段冷激式,共5段床层,催化干气分4段进料,床层均装填专利技术的烷基化反应催化剂。阐述了R-201A/B催化剂烧焦与再生的区别以及应采用的操作方法,并对比分析国内几家乙苯装置在不同工况下采用的不同操作方法,根据工艺路线、原料性质、方案调整、生产负荷等实际情况制定最适合的催化剂烧焦控制方案和操作指标,总结催化剂换剂烧焦经验并指导实践操作。
1.0×104 t·a^(-1) Ethylbenzene device in Daqing Refining&Chemical Company adopts third-generation technology of ethylbenzene production from catalytic dry gas,which was designed by China Global Engineering Corporation Liaoning Branch,was the largest same type device in China at that time.Two alkylation reactors R-201A/B make use of multi-stage cold shock,each reactor has five beds,catalytic dry gas is fed in 4 stages,and the beds are filled with the alkylation catalyst of patented technology.In this paper,the difference between scorch and regeneration of R-201A/B catalyst was expounded,as well as the operation methods.The different operation methods adopted by several domestic ethylbenzene plants under different working conditions were compared and analyzed,and the most suitable catalyst coking control plan and operation indicators were formulated according to the actual conditions,such as process route,raw material properties,plan adjustment,production load and so on.The catalytic replacement-scorch experience was accumulated to guide the practice.
