介绍了浙江石油化工有限公司二期新建350万t·a^(-1)柴油加氢裂化装置凝汽式汽轮机所属空冷岛系统的安装及调试要点。针对空冷岛的钢结构安装、空冷管束安装、汇流管安装以及风机安装等提出了安装过程中的要点以及易发生问题的节点和注意事项,通过空冷岛安装和调试全过程的严格把控,进一步保证空冷岛的长期稳定运行。

The installation and commissioning of the air cooling island system of the condensing steam turbine of new 3500 kt·a^(-1) diesel hydrocracking unit in phase II of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.were introduced.In view of the steel structure installation,air cooling tube bundle installation,manifold installation and fan installation of the air cooling island,the key points in the installation process and the nodes and precautions prone to problems were put forward.Through the strict control of the whole process of the installation and commissioning of the air cooling island,the long-term stable operation of the air cooling island was further guaranteed.
