摘要
含油乳化液是许多行业(如冶金、机械、石化、食品、服装制造、交通运输等)都会产生的排放物。其涉及面广且排放量大,需要经过一定的处理以减少对工业过程效率和生态环境的负面影响.本文在概括总结油水乳化液的稳定机理和现有处理技术的基础上,重点介绍了高聚物材料在辅助实现含油乳化液油水分离方面的新思路和近期研究进展,并提出了展望.
Oil-containing emulsions are generated in many industries,such as metallurgy,machinery,petrochemical,food,clothing manufacturing,transportation,etc.It covers a wide range of fields with huge emission,and requires a certain level of treatment to guard against its negative impact on industrial process efficiency and ecological environment.On the basis of summarizing the stability mechanisms and the current treatment technologies for oil-water emulsion,the review puts emphasis on the new ideas and recent research progress of polymeric membranes facilitated oil/water separation,and gives suggestions for future directions.
