生物化学与分子生物学作为医学院校的一门专业基础课程,其教学改革一直是高等医学院校关注的焦点。"互联网+"教育时代给该课程的传统教学模式带来了机遇和挑战。文章以培养创新型、应用型医学专门人才为目标,依托国家精品在线开放课程平台,借助现代化信息教学技术,着力打造生物化学与分子生物学线上线下混合式一流课程,从课程设计、教学内容、教学方法、信息化教学技术、成绩评价等方面,初探生物化学与分子生物学线上线下混合式一流课程建设。

Biochemistry and molecular biology is an important basic course for medical students, and its teaching reform has been one of the focuses in medical colleges and universities. The era of “internet and education” has brought both opportunities and challenges to the teaching mode of this course. Based on national platforms of online open courses and modern information technology, this study is aimed at creating a first-class blended course of biochemistry and molecular biology in order to train innovative and applied medical professionals. The authors explored the construction of a first-class blended course in the aspects of curriculum design, teaching content, teaching method, information-based teaching technology, and evaluation etc.
