摘要 在露天矿深孔爆破中,混装炸药车装药的准确性对降低成本和控制爆破效果尤为重要,通过打通智能爆破设计、智能钻机布孔、智能炮孔测量、智能炸药车装药、智能网络起爆等工艺流程,重点对高精度炮孔定位、炮孔智能测量、混装炸药车精准装药等关键技术研究,实现混装炸药车智能装药,以打造具有示范效应的安全、高效、绿色、智能的露天矿山。 In deep-hole blasting in open-pit mines,the accuracy of mixed explosive vehicle charging is particularly important for reducing costs and controlling the blasting effect.Through intelligent blasting design,intelligent drilling rig hole layout,intelligent blast hole measurement,and intelligent explosive vehicle charging,intelligent network initiation and other technological processes,focusing on the research on key technologies such as high precision blast hole positioning,intelligent measurement of blast hole and accurate charging of mixed explosive truck,so as to realize the intelligent charging of mixed explosive truck and build a safe,efficient,green and intelligent open-pit mine with demonstration effect.
