桥梁桩基脱空应急抢险综合处治技术研究

摘要 受河水长期冲刷腐蚀等因素的影响,严重时导致桥梁桩基脱空。针对桩柱式桥梁桩基脱空病害,该文提出了桥梁桩基脱空应急抢险综合处治技术,集成了定型化灌注模具、分区外包钢套筒等关键技术。通过在脱空层缺陷位置剩余支撑混凝土附近安装支垫钢板支撑,采用脱空层定型化灌注模具灌注自流平微膨胀混凝土,然后在桩基脱空区域附近外包钢套筒并灌注自密实混凝土。研究成果有助于提高桥梁桩基脱空病害处治效率,修复效果良好。 Under the influence of factors such as long-term scouring and corrosion of river water,it will lead to the void of bridge pile foundation in serious cases.In view of the void disease of pile foundation of pile column bridge,this paper puts forward the comprehensive treatment technology of bridge pile foundation void emergency rescue.It integrates the key technologies such as stereotyped pouring mold,zoning outsourcing steel sleeve and so on.The steel plate support is installed near the remaining supporting concrete at the defect position of the void layer,the self leveling micro expansion concrete is poured with the shaped pouring mold of the void layer,and then the steel sleeve is wrapped around the void area of the pile foundation and the self compacting concrete is poured.The research results help to improve the treatment efficiency of bridge pile foundation void disease,and the repair effect is good.
