摘要
通过优化规范中的常规级配,拟定抗裂型水泥稳定碎石级配组成,分析级配组成设计中所需原材料的规格、要求,通过室内试验对抗裂型水稳的最佳含水率、最大干密度、无侧限抗压强度予以确定。该文结合具体的工程实例,阐述了抗裂型水稳碎石基层应用到试验路中的具体过程,以及其在抑制裂缝发生、延缓裂缝发展方面的作用优势,总结了科学有效的施工质量控制方法。
By optimizing the conventional grading in the specification,the gradation composition of anti-crack cement stabilized gravel is proposed,the specifications and requirements of raw materials needed in the design of gradation composition are analyzed,and the optimal water content,maximum dry density and unconfined compressive strength of anti-crack water-stable are determined by laboratory test.Combined with specific engineering examples,this paper expounds the specific process of the application of anti-crack water stable gravel base to the test road,as well as its advantages in restraining the occurrence of cracks and delaying the development of cracks,and summarizes scientific and effective construction quality control methods.
