Research on Management and Control of the Owners to the Key Points of Project Supervision under EPC Mode

EPC项目业主对整个工程实施过程参与程度低,控制力度也低,而且业主单位一般管理人员较少,所以业主应该充分重视和发挥好项目监理的作用。该文在分析施工总承包与EPC总承包项目监理工作两者区别的基础上,进一步剖析在EPC项目实施的不同阶段,通过科学的手段、有效的策略来加强对监理的监督和管理,从而有效提升工程监理的效果,确保建设工程中各项质量、造价、安全和进度等目标顺利实现。

The owners of EPC project have low participation in the whole project implementation process,low controlling force,and the owners have less general managers,so the owners should pay full attention and give full play to the role of project supervision.Based on the analysis of the differences between construction general contracting and EPC general contracting project supervision,this paper further analyzes that in different stages of EPC project implementation,scientific means and effective strategies are used to strengthen the supervision and management of supervision,so we can effectively improve the effect of project supervision and ensure the smooth realization of various objectives such as quality,cost,safety and progress in the construction project.
