生源危机下的高职院校招生宣传管理策略探析

Research on the Management Strategy of Enrollment Publicity in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Student Source Crisis

当前,高职院校在生源竞争方面的压力较大,不少高职院校连续多年处于招生人数达不到计划人数的情况,在生源质量方面不得不降低标准。该文首先对高职院校生源危机以及招生宣传管理进行了概述,其次分析了生源危机下高职院校招生管理工作中存在的问题,最后提出了相应的解决策略,以为高职院校招生管理工作的有效开展提供参考。

At present,higher vocational colleges are under great pressure in the competition of students.Many higher vocational colleges have been in the situation that the number of students can not reach the planned number for many years,so they have to reduce the standard in the quality of students.This paper first summarizes the student source crisis and enrollment publicity management of higher vocational colleges,then analyzes the problems existing in the enrollment management of higher vocational colleges under the student source crisis,and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions to provide reference for the effective development of enrollment management of higher vocational colleges.
