高校的社会服务能力对地方经济发展至关重要。同时,高校的社会服务能力与学校的教学水平息息相关,直接影响着该院校的发展前景,在提升该院校竞争力方面有着不可或缺的重要作用。该文以红河卫生职业学院药学院为例,分析高校社会服务能力提升的策略。红河卫生职业学院药学院在社会服务能力提升策略中积极探索,多措并举,提高了教师教科研水平、药学院人才培养质量及学生综合就业实力。

The social service ability of colleges and universities is very important to the development of local economy.At the same time,the social service ability of higher vocational colleges is closely related to the teaching level of the school,which directly affects the development prospect of higher vocational colleges,and plays an indispensable role in improving the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges.The paper takes the College of Pharmacy of Honghe College of Health Professions as an example to analyze the strategies to improve the social service capacity of universities.The School of Pharmacy of Honghe Health Vocational College has actively explored the strategy of improving social service ability and taken many measures to improve the teaching and scientific research level of teachers,the talent training quality of the college of pharmacy and the comprehensive employment strength of students.
