“浸润式”德育课程创新实践研究

摘要 创新德育教学模式不仅可以提高教学质量和效率,更有助于全面提高学生的综合素质,健全学生的良好品格。杭州市建兰中学通过创新分层次的研学活动、农情蜜意劳动实践活动、建兰TED演讲活动、晨会微党课活动等,推动德育课程的扎实有效开展。四项特色德育课程已组织开展多场、各种形式的专题学习和实践,做到多形式、分层次、全覆盖、强联动,深入推进适性教育,促进学生的全面发展。 Innovating moral education teaching mode can not only improve teaching quality and efficiency, but also help to comprehensively improve students’ all-round quality and improve students’ good character. Hangzhou Jianlan Middle School promotes the solid and effective development of moral education courses through innovative and leveled research and learning activities, agricultural and labor practice, Jianlan Ted speech, morning meeting micro Party class, and so on. The four characteristic moral education courses have organized and carried out multi-field and various forms of special study and practice, so as to achieve multiform, hierarchical, full coverage and strong linkage, deeply promote adaptive education and the all-round development of students.
