“工匠精神”视域下中学传统工艺课程建设与实施探究 被引量:3

On the Construction and Implementation of Traditional Craft Curriculum in Middle School from the Perspective of "Craftsman Spirit"

摘要 工匠精神体现着对完美事物和高尚人格的不懈追求,对于提升国民素质具有非常关键的作用。培育工匠精神应从娃娃抓起,从课程抓起,从细节抓起。人大附中开发的基于工匠精神培养的传统工艺课程,以弘扬中华优秀传统文化为前提,以学生技术核心素养及劳动素养形成为目标,在遵循学生认知发展水平和学习规律基础上,有目的、有计划、有组织地设计项目式教学活动,同时注重建构专业化的师资队伍、浓厚的校园环境及合理的评价方案,有效地培养了学生的工匠精神。 Craftsman spirit embodies the unremitting pursuit of perfection and noble personality, and plays a key role in improving national quality. Cultivating craftsman spirit should start from children, with strong consciousness and by details. The traditional craft course based on the cultivation of craftsman spirit developed by the High School Affiliated to Renmin University, takes the promotion of Chinese excellent traditional culture as the premise, the formation of students’ core technical literacy and labor literacy as the goal, and has designed project-based teaching activities purposefully and systematically. The exploration follows students’ cognitive development level and learning law, and pays attention to the construction of professional teachers, strong learning atmosphere and reasonable evaluation scheme, which have effectively cultivated students’ craftsman spirit.
