摘要
本文以教师教学效能为核心概念,借鉴已有研究成果,通过自编问卷对B市各区县中小学教师进行教学效能实证分析,挖掘该地区教师在教学计划、课堂管理、教学策略、师生互动、教学反思五个方面的水平表征和相应特点。研究发现,县域中小学教师教学效能在多个变量上表现出不均衡的发展水平,在学段、地域、职称、教龄等方面都存在显著性差异。基于对相关结果的深入分析,提出提升县域中小学教师教学效能的五点建议:提升思想认识,落实育人目标;深入学习并落实课程标准,培养课程意识;以提高教学计划为突破口,真正变教师的"教"为学生的"学";充分发挥本地专家型教师在县域教育中的引领作用;构建县域城乡一体化、多学段、多层级、跨专业的教师研修体系。
This paper takes teachers’ teaching effectiveness as the core concept, draws lessons from the existing research results, makes an empirical analysis on the teaching effectiveness of primary and secondary school teachers in districts and counties of city B through a self-made questionnaire,and excavates the level representation and corresponding characteristics of teachers in this area in five aspects: Teaching plan, classroom management, teaching strategy, teacher-student interaction and teaching reflection. The study found that the teaching effectiveness of primary and secondary school teachers in the county area showed an uneven development level in many variables, and there were significant differences in school segment, region, professional title, teaching age and so on. This paper deeply discusses the relevant results, analyzes the reasons, and puts forward five suggestions to improve the teaching efficiency of primary and secondary school teachers in the county, which includes better understanding and implementing the goal of educating, deeper study and implement of curriculum standards and curriculum awareness, truly transformation from the teaching of teachers to the learning of students by improving the teaching plan as the breakthrough, giving full play to the leading role of local expert teachers in the county,building a multi-level and multi-disciplinary teacher training system integrating urban and rural areas in the county.
