建立监测预警系统对建筑余泥渣土受纳场的重要性研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国城市发展迈入存量更新时代,建筑余泥渣土“围城”和受纳场安全问题越发凸显。以深圳市某渣土受纳场工程作为依托,通过文献研究与实地调研,总结建筑余泥渣土的工程特点及受纳场运营的风险因素,归纳受纳场安全监控所面临的问题,发现传统监测手段已无法满足当前综合安全监控的需要。结合智能传感器、扫描测绘、物联网、云计算等技术,提出一种受纳场安全监测预警系统的研发技术路线,并阐述系统建立的可行性。该系统可实现多维度、综合化、智慧化、可视化的建筑余泥渣土受纳场的安全监测预警与稳定性评估功能,未来将助力政府和企业逐步搭建起城市建筑余泥渣土受纳场综合安全监管体系与预警、应急机制。因此,受纳场监测预警系统具有重要的研究价值和广泛的应用前景。 With the development of China’s cities entering the era of stock renewal,the safety problems of construction residual soil sur‐rounding the city and receiving field are becoming more and more prominent.Based on a residue receiving field project in Shenzhen city,this paper summarizes the engineering characteristics of construction residue and the risk factors of the receiving field operation through litera‐ture research and field investigation,and concludes the problems faced by the safety monitoring of the receiving field.Traditional monitoring methods can no longer meet the needs of the current comprehensive safety monitoring.Combined with intelligent sensor,scanning mapping,Internet of things,cloud computing and other technologies,this paper puts forward a research and development technical route of receiving field safety monitoring and early warning system,and expounds the feasibility of establishing the system.The system can realize the func‐tions of multi-dimensional,comprehensive,intelligent and visual safety monitoring,early-warning and stability assessment of the construction residual sludge receiving field,and will help the government and enterprises gradually set up the comprehensive safety supervision system and early-warning and emergency mechanism of the urban construction residual sludge receiving field in the future.Therefore,the receiving field monitoring and early warning system has important research value and wide application prospect.
