绿色建筑使用者获得感提升技术路线研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究绿色建筑使用者获得感提升技术路线,选定东莞地区绿色建筑项目进行了现场调研。通过现场访谈、问卷调查的方式,有目的的选取了不同建筑类型、不同使用者类型进行了详尽的了解和分析。最后通过深入剖析访谈和调研结果,结合绿色建筑使用者获得感评价中重点问题,提出绿色建筑使用者获得感提升技术路线:保证建筑安全与质量,满足基本功能要求;控制增量成本,将节约化为经济效益;显著改善宜居属性,明显提升生活环境层次;获取额外收益,提升归属感与自豪感。 In order to study the technical route on improving the user sense of gain for green building,green building projects in Dong‐guan are selected for on-site investigation.Through on-site interviews and questionnaire surveys,different building types and different user types are selected for detailed understanding and analysis.Finally,through in-depth analysis of interview and research results,combined with key issues in the evaluation of user sense of gain for green building,the technical route of improving user sense of gain for green building is proposed:ensure the safety and quality of building and meet basic functional requirement;control incremental cost and turn saving into economic benefit;significantly improve livable attribute and enhance the level of living environment;obtain additional benefit and enhance the sense of belonging and pride.
