浙江农业创新创业人才需求与培育分析

Analysis of the Demand and Cultivation of Agricultural Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents in Zhejiang

现阶段,乡村振兴战略的深入实施迫切需要农业创新创业人才。农业创新创业人才主要来源于农业专业技术人才、农业创新领军人才和团队、农业技术创新与推广人员及新型农业从业人员。农业创新创业存在的主要问题有:涉农学生创新创业意愿不强,领军人才数量不足,人才结构失衡,技术创新与推广人员素质参差不齐,新型农业从业人员数量不足等。培育路径主要有:深化涉农专业学生的创新创业教育,加强农业创新领军人才和团队的引进和培育,加快农业科技成果的转化应用,培育科技型农业企业家和职业农民等。

At the current stage,the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy urgently needs agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship talents.Agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship talents mainly come from agricultural professional and technical talents,agricultural innovation leaders and teams,agricultural technology innovation and extension personnel and new agricultural practitioners.The main problems of agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship include the weak willingness of agricultural students to innovate and entrepreneurship,the insufficient number of leading talents,the imbalance of talent structure,the uneven quality of technical innovation and extension personnel,and the insufficient number of new agricultural employees.The cultivation paths mainly include deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship education of students majoring in agriculture,strengthening the introduction and cultivation of leading talents and teams of agricultural innovation,accelerating the transformation and application of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,and cultivating scientific and technological agricultural entrepreneurs and professional farmers.
