湖州高技能人才引育现状、瓶颈及对策

摘要 近年来,湖州高技能人才引育工作在制度建设、能力培养和实际效应等方面都取得了较大进展,但仍存在高技能人才总量不足、结构失衡、政策宣传和保障措施不到位、效能发挥不充分、培训体系不健全等问题。可通过精准预测高技能人才需求、加强宣传深度和广度、全方位提高保障能力、搭建多元化培训平台等措施进行应对。 In recent years,great progress has been made in the introduction and cultivation of highly skilled personnel in Huzhou in terms of system construction,training ability and practical effect.But there are still some problems,such as insufficient total amount of highly skilled personnel,unbalanced structure,inadequate policy publicity and guarantee measures,insufficient efficiency,imperfect training system and so on.It can be responded by accurately predicting the demand for highly skilled personnel,strengthening the depth and breadth of publicity,comprehensively improving the support ability,building a diversified training platform and other measures.
