摘要 某火电机组真空系统进行了改造,真空系统加装三级蒸汽喷射器。利用辅汽联箱作为机组驱动蒸汽将蒸汽喷射器动力蒸汽和抽吸混合物排至冷凝器,疏水回凝结水管道,不凝结气体排到大气中。改造后,减少了真空泵运行时间,机组真空度有所提高,辅机耗电率下降,每年可节约资金26万元。 The vacuum system of thermal power unit in a power plant was retrofitted.Three-stage steam ejector was installed.The auxiliary steam header was used as the driving steam of the unit.The power steam and suction mixture of the steam ejector were discharged to the condenser,and the non condensable gas was discharged into the atmosphere.After the transformation,the operation time of the vacuum pump was reduced and the vacuum degree of the unit was improved.The power consumption rate of auxiliary equipment is reduced,and 260,000 yuan can be saved every year.
