摘要
介绍了某电厂600 MW机组脱硫在原有的基础上进行超低排放改造的设备情况,简述了浆液循环泵的振动现状,分析了浆液循环泵振动的原因,提出了加固设备、提高吸收塔液位、扩大泵的滤网孔径、控制泵的流速等有效降低泵振动的措施。
Equipment conditions of ultra-low emission transformation on the original basis of desulfurization of 600 MW units in a power plant are introduced.The vibration status of slurry circulating pump is described and the causes of vibration of slurry circulating pump are analyzed.Based on these,some effective measures to reduce the vibration of the pump are put forward,such as strengthening the equipment,increasing the liquid level of the absorption tower,enlarging the filter mesh aperture of the pump and controlling the flow rate of the pump,and so on.
