降低火电厂厂用电率是提高企业经济效益的重要途径,汽电双驱引风机的使用是降低火电厂厂用电率的重要手段。结合某百万机组,介绍了汽电双驱引风机系统的设备概况、运行控制方法及逻辑保护,探讨了汽电双驱引风机的经济性,指出引风机汽电双驱运行方式可以大大降低引风机电流及厂用电率,减少汽轮机调气门的节流损耗,节能降耗效果非常显著。

Reducing the power consumption rate of thermal power plants is an important way to improve the economic benefits of enterprises,and the use of steam-electric double-drive induced draft fan is an important means to reduce the power consumption rate of thermal power plants.Combined with certain 1000 MW units,the general situation of the equipment,operational control method and logic protection of steam-electric double-drive induced draft fan system are introduced,and the economy of steam-electric double-drive induced draft fan is discussed.It is also pointed out that the operation mode of steam-electric double-drive induced draft fan can greatly decrease the current of induced draft fan and power consumption rate and reduce throttling loss of the regulating valve of steam turbines.The effect of energy-saving and cost-reducing is very significant.
