摘要
为确保范县彭楼闸改扩建工程(渠首段)2021年汛前具备落闸挡水条件和黄河大堤回填要求,采用“三个台车”的思维理念,以“模拟台车”为框架、“数字台车”数据为支撑,在以往施工经验的基础上自行设计可移动涵洞钢内模“实体台车”。通过实践应用,体现出该技术具有先进性、安全性、可操作性、质量可靠性等优势,能有效缩短工程工期、降低工程造价。“三个台车”技术在范县彭楼闸改扩建工程(渠首段)工程的成功经验可供类似工程参考。
‘Three-trolley’concepts are adopted in the project in order to ensure sluice falling and water retaining conditions in Penglou sluice reconstruction and extension Project(canal head section)before the flood season of 2021 and backfilling requirement of the Yellow River levee.‘Analog trolley’is adopted as the framework.‘Digital trolley’data is adopted as the support.The mobile culvert steel internal form‘entity trolley’is self-designed on the basis of previous construction experience.The practical application shows that the technology is advanced,safe,practicable,quality-reliable,etc.It can effectively shorten the project period and reduce the project cost.The successful experience of“three-trolley”technology in Penglou Sluice Reconstruction and Extension Project(canal head section)in Fan County can be used as a reference for similar projects.
