双金属催化剂用于烯烃氢甲酰化反应的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 工业上常用的氢甲酰化催化剂为金属钴(Co)或铑(Rh)的配合物催化剂。为了提高催化剂的活性,同时降低催化剂成本,基于Co、Rh的双金属催化剂得到了广泛研究。综述了Co、Rh基双金属催化剂(均相、多相催化剂)的制备及其催化氢甲酰化反应的研究进展。分析表明,相比于单金属催化剂,双金属催化剂的催化活性有不同程度的提高;Co系双金属催化剂中,Co-Rh组合活性最好,适合长短链烯烃的催化,更倾向于负载型催化剂的发展;Rh系双金属催化剂中,Rh-Fe体系活性与Rh-Rh体系相当,但其成本低,适合高碳烯烃的催化。 The commonly used hydroformylation catalysts in industry are metal cobalt(Co)and rhodium(Rh)complex catalysts.In order to improve the reaction activity of the catalyst and reduce the cost of the catalyst at the same time,bimetallic catalysts based on Co and Rh have been widely studied.The preparation of Co and Rh-based bimetallic catalysts(homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts)and their research progress in hydroformylation reactions were reviewed.The analysis shows that the catalytic activity of the bimetallic catalysts have different degrees of improvement compared with the single-metal catalyst.Among the Co-based bimetallic catalysts,the Co-Rh combination has the best activity,which is suitable for the catalysis of long and short-chain olefins,and is more inclined to the development of supported catalysts.Among the Rh-based bimetallic catalysts,the activity of the Rh-Fe system is equivalent to that of the Rh-Rh system,but its cost is low and is suitable for the catalysis of high-carbon olefins.
