摘要
碳分子筛(CMS)由于其孔隙结构发达、孔径分布均匀、具有较高的热稳定性以及化学稳定性而被广泛应用于空气分离、CO_(2)捕获与分离和CH;富集等气体分离提纯领域。本文综述了国内外最新的CMS制备工艺,阐述了原料的选择、活化以及碳沉积等制备步骤的优化方式及其对CMS分离吸附性能的影响,介绍了CMS作为吸附剂在变压吸附(PSA)分离技术中的研究和应用情况。对进一步调节CMS的孔径结构和提升其分离性能提出了建议,结合目前工程应用情况对CMS在分离吸附领域的发展进行了展望。
Carbon molecular sieve(CMS)is widely used in the separation and purification of gaseous mixtures,such as air separation,CO_(2) capture and separation and CH;enrichment,due to its developed pore structure,uniform pore size distribution,high thermal stability and chemical stability.The latest preparation process of CMS at home and abroad,the optimization methods of the preparation process of raw material selection,activation and carbon deposition and their effects on the separation and adsorption performance of CMS were summarized.The research and application of CMS as adsorbents in the separation of gaseous mixtures via pressure swing adsorption(PSA)was reviewed.The suggestions for further adjusting the pore structure and improving the separation and adsorption performance of CMS were proposed.Combined with the current engineering application,the development of CMS in the field of separation and adsorption was prospected.
