摘要
近年来随着同位素治疗手段及医学显像技术的发展,放射性治疗药物在临床上应用越来越广泛。在使用放射性治疗药物时,需严格做好辐射的防护工作。碘131是一种放射性核素。碘131除了以碘化钠溶液的形式直接用于甲状腺功能检查和甲状腺疾病的治疗外,还可用来标记多种化合物,用以诊断肝、胆、肾等器官疾病。本文就使用碘131治疗期间辐射防护方法的研究进展进行综述。
In recent years,with the development of isotope therapy and medical imaging technology,radiotherapy drugs are more and more widely used in clinical practice.In the use of radioactive drugs,it is necessary to do a good job of radiation protection.Iodine-131 is a radionuclide.In addition to being used directly in the form of sodium iodide solution for thyroid function examination and treatment of thyroid diseases,iodine-131 can also be used to label a variety of compounds for diagnosis of liver,bile,kidney and other organ diseases.This article reviews the research progress of radiation protection during iodine 131 therapy.
