中西医结合疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果观察

Observation on the effect of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western m edicine on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨使用中医疗法结合西医疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果。方法:选取2016年10月至2017年9月期间富源县人民医院收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为对比组(n=30)和结合组(n=30)。为对比组患者使用西医疗法进行治疗,为结合组患者使用中医疗法结合西医疗法进行治疗。然后观察两组患者治疗的效果及发生不良反应的情况。结果:结合组患者治疗的总有效率为100.00%,对比组患者治疗的总有效率为80.00%。结合组患者治疗的总有效率高于对比组患者,P<0.05。治疗期间,结合组患者与对比组患者不良反应的发生率分别为13.3%和16.7%,二者相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用中医疗法结合西医疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果显著,且安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of combining traditional Chinese medicine therapy with Western medicine therapy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:A total of 60 patients with COPD admitted to Fuyuan County People’s Hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research object.These patients were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and combination group(n=30).Patients in the contrast group were treated with Western medicine therapy,and patients in the combination group were treated with Traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with Western medicine therapy.Then observe the two groups of patients treatment effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate was 100.00%in combination group and 80.00%in contrast group.The total effective rate in combination group was higher than that in contrast group,P<0.05.During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group and the control group was 13.3%and 16.7%,respectively,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
