摘要
目的探讨小儿疝气手术中七氟醚吸入与异丙酚静脉麻醉的应用效果及对心率、血压水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月于本院接受疝气手术的90例患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组应用异丙酚静脉麻醉,观察组应用七氟醚吸入麻醉,比较两组手术前后心率与血压水平、苏醒时间、血氧饱和度及应激反应情况。结果术后,观察组心率与血压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组去甲肾上腺素、肾素和肾上腺素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组苏醒时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论七氟醚吸入麻醉在小儿疝气手术中的应用效果优于异丙酚静脉麻醉,可加快苏醒速度,降低患者的心率与血压水平,提高血氧饱和度,且无明显的应激反应,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the effect of sevoflurane inhalation and propofol intravenous anesthesia in children's argon surgery and its ef-fect on heart rate and blood pressure level.Methods 90 children who underwent hernia surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given intra-venous anesthesia with propofol and the observation group was given sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia.The heart rate and blood pressure levels,re-covery time,blood oxygen saturation and stress response before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results After opera-tion,the levels of heart rate and blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of norepi-nephrine,renin and epinephrine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the recovery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the blood oxygen saturation in the observation group was higher than that in the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in paediast is better than that of propofol intravenous anesthesia,which can speed up wake-up speed,reduce the patient's heart rate and blood pressure level,improve oxygen saturation,and have no obvi-ous stress response,and have higher application value.
